                                            When the topic of sustainability popped up in the many random
                                            conversations my colleagues and I had, a quaint café called Kafe
 SUSTAINABILITY                             Basikal Tua weaved its way into the conversation.


                                            A café nestled all the way at Kampung Sungai Penchala, is run by
 ON THE GO                                  an Encik Iskandar, fondly known as Encik Is who he himself is a
                                            differently abled person found a way to connect and educate the
                                            general public that hey, they’re not so different from us after all.

                                            Encik Is created this café with the intention of hiring differently
 In this new section of our e-magazine, we will be highlighting the   abled people as a form of job creation for them due to the
                                            discrimination they would often face when searching for
 efforts of #goingsustainable by Malaysians themselves  employment.


                                            However, due to the pandemic, he scrapped this idea to avoid
                                            jeopardizing their health and instead opted to exclusively employ
                                            from families with differently abled family members to provide the
                                            food for the café.
