Hot news in the tourism industry this month, rife with recovery roadmaps in the plans, travel bubbles,
and the sudden announcement of Langkawi as its pilot project is encouraging people to start looking
                  forward to travelling again!

In this month’s issue of our e-publication called Back-in Tourism, we highlight the many initiatives that
State Tourism agencies are doing to keep them and tourist operators productive. Majority of what is in
the works are exciting enough especially since it suits so well with the new normal of tourism we will be
experiencing very soon. This issue also highlights a quaint Collectibles Museum in Kota Bharu, Kelantan
that is paving its own way forward by also going digital.

On the topic of Kelantan, did you know TamuAsia is in charge of Kelantan’s tourism E-Directory? Perfect
timing with the travel bubbles ‘popping’ up! This E-Directory will become handy as you can simply pull
it up on your phone. Never fear, we’ll include a link of our hard work in our next e-publication. Do look
                  forward to it!

We are also seeing a surge in tourist activities since vaccination rates have gone up, meaning those
who’ve completed both of their doses are given allowance to achieve some sense of normalcy. At the
time of writing, 60.1% of the Malaysian population has been fully vaccinated, an exciting feat for the
                  nation!

Now that we’re entering a state of anticipation as we are seeing Langkawi Island being the
government’s tourism pilot project, are you ready to venture back out in the world again?
